Buyer reviewHe had a lot of patience, understanding and willing to help any way he could. My daughter contacted him initially on my behalf to show them a house at that point my home in Louisiana hadn't sold so he was going to research some houses for me. He had sent several listings to my daughter for her review. Approximately 2 weeks after the 1st meeting my house sold in Louisiana at which time my daughter went online a researched some houses made a list of houses to look at and sent them to Jeff, he set up showings for all the houses on the list and showed them to my daughter, her husband and my brother. At which time my daughter and my brother agreed that the house on Bay City Rd was the best selection for me. Jeff proceeded to get the Purchase Agreement on the home and worked with me while I was still in Louisiana. I was working with one bank and when they denied me Jeff referred me to another bank and worked with them on everything they needed. He was wonderful to work with and I would recommend him to other's that needed a realtor.

Buyer reviewHighly recommend Jeffery Lape as your Relator. Took it on his own to print a number of homes in a vast area. That meant he was listening. I ended up buying one of the properties many miles from where we started. Great person to work with. The only reason that I scored a "GOOD" in the second column is because it was in an obscure area. My GPS couldn't even find it. Jeffery went over and above his expectations, working with me out of his usual territory. I believe it worked out for both of us.
