Jeff Goas was able to guide us through the computerized process required to understand and sign documents which allowed settlement to be flawless. His knowledge and emphasis on our location, community, school district, neighborhood, low taxes and recreation opportunities was very encouraging in preparation for advertising our house for sale. Our house sold quickly using the plan Jeff Goas proposed and sold for $30,000 more than the asking price. If asked to recommend a Realtor we would recommend Jeff Goas based on our positive experience and his personality and knowledge.
