She made sure every question we had was answered and that we fully understood the entire process. We asked to see the first property 3 times and she was just as happy to show it each time. She showed us every property we asked to see and even houses we didn't know about! She let us communicate over email, text, group text, and phone call- whatever worked best for us that day. She was accommodating and kind! Jen was honest with us and gained our trust immediately. She was personable and friendly. It felt like we were going to see houses with someone who genuinely cares about our happiness and well being! Jen was wonderful and we would absolutely work with her again!!
