When we interviewed Jen, she was very friendly and approachable. She was patient with me explaining things until I get them, but at the same time we never felt pressured by her to sign a contract or anything. She looked very knowledgeable and flexible at the same time. Jen was above and beyond about all the virtues mentioned above. We sold and bought our house the same day with in hours of difference because we didn't want to sell before ensuring a new home. Jen was super efficient guiding through this uncommon way of doing things. With the wierd seller's market we are living in, we couldn't have made it woth out her expertise.

Buying and selling a home is one of the most important purchases to be made. With Jennifer Amelio as our realtor, she made the transition less stressful. She was always calm, listening to our every request and responsive to any questions to help us in the process. We would and will recommend her to anyone in looking to buy or sell a home. We were impressed with her professionalism and genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on accepting an offer.

She also went above and beyond in regard to explanations of certain aspects of the closing that I may not have asked her about but she sensed my lack of clarity. If, for some reason, she did not have the answer to our question she was forthcoming to that and quickly sought out the answer. This was another attribute that she possesses that adds to her trustworthy and honest nature. They needed to approachable and open to questions no matter how trivial. My husband and I made a joke that 'this was too easy, if anything comes on the market under $300k give us a shout'. And she did. We closed on our 2nd property 5 weeks later. Once again, she went above and beyond from the offer submission to the IPX exchange process to the closing. We couldn't have asked for a better, more friendly, knowledgeable and approachable realtor to work with. They needed to approachable and open to questions no matter how trivial. This is our second time working with Jennifer, and we wouldn't want anyone else as our realtor! Jennifer is available at all the hours of the day for questions, clarifications and phone calls. She is a joy to work with and takes all our considerations into practice.

Jen was successful in selling my house "as-is" in about 9 weeks (from our first in-person meeting until the day of closing).Closing would have been 10 days earlier but, buyer requested 10 days for time to get funds. The process was lightening speed. Jen walked me through every step of the way for the sale of my home. She was always available by text, email and phone to promptly answer my questions or respond to my concerns. I am currently working with Jen Ameilo to purchase a condo. She has the ultimate patience. She points out good and bad aspects of a property (eg: ceiliing leak, buckling basement tile, traffic sounds, etc.) and summarizes for me my previous concerns about other properties that were shown to me. I also take notes on each showing. I will definitely recommend Jen to family and friends.
