Buyer reviewJennifer is beyond knowledgeable in regards to the market, the neighborhoods we were looking in and knowing how the layout and functionality of a home would work for my family. Jennifer was amazing throughout this entire process. They say buying a home is stressful, but working with Jennifer sure made it stress free. Her expertise with negotiations and constant communication made me feel like we were her only clients and I know we were not. She picked up the phone any time I called, even while on vacation. Her attention to detail and amazing customer service can not be beat. After working with Jennifer, I know she will be our agent for life! Her attention to detail, commitment to us and customer service were all amazing.

Seller reviewWhen my husband and I decided to buy a home we asked around and through friends who knew of her we hired Jennifer Amelia as our agent. She was wonderful, dedicated, professional, articulate, detailed minded and very attentive to our needs. We found our perfect home and were very pleased with her service. Then 6 years later in July 2017 my husband Passed away and with him went our income so i was forced to list it for sale, I immediately called Jennifer Amelio to hire her again.
