Seller reviewWhen I decided to list my home of 19 years I immediately contacted my neighbor, Jennifer Beveridge , who is a realtor . She is familiar with my home and the neighborhood. A true professional , she suggested a sales price and advised me as to things I could do to approve the appearance of my home. I didn't agree fully with some suggestions but I decided to listen to her since she does this for a living. It was the best decision I could have ever made! My home sold to the first couple that viewed it for the full asking price, no contingencies and no repairs after the home inspection. She was informative throughout the listing and sale which made me comfortable. I would proudly recommend Jennifer Beveridge !

Jennifer stepped in and turned things around. Her marketing program quickly generated lots of showing and several offers. Jennifer made suggestions to improve the backyard appearance, researched all the comparable sold properties to make sure we were correctly price, provided feed back on all the showings and even helped with the small things like termite reports. . Her energy seemed endless. After the offer was accepted she stayed one step ahead of the process and led us thru to completion.
