She never made us feel stupid. Jenn had the patience of a saint! Not to mention, Jenn Clark sold our house in 4 days! We were so relieved and happy with the service that we received from Jenn and the Century 21 staff. We had moved out of our home and to another state prior to putting the house on the market so, Jenn and her staff were so helpful with picking up/dropping off items to family members and really going above and beyond to help us. Like any good agent she knows the different neighborhoods, where is better to buy than others, which homes are better investments, etc. Where she differentiates herself is in how she listens to not only what a buyer is saying, but what they are not saying. Those body language reads, or a draw to a certain style of home. She does this every day and buyers do it once every 5 - 10 years. Her help was invaluable in the process.
