I had to take some time off from searching and she made sure to check in on me and be available when I was ready to search again. Jenny Doemel was great with information, she showed me probably 20 houses, trudged through the snow, the cold, nights and weekends. She always had the biggest smile on her face, and never seemed annoyed with the process, even when cold or when a lock wouldn't open. Advised me on many old home conditions like plastered over basement stone walls, Knob and Tube wiring, etc.

Jenny Doemel was helpful every step of the way to finding the house that we can call home. We did not experience any problems working with Jenny. She didn't push us into anything and gave us time to consider other options along the way. Eventually the right house became available and we were happy she was able to help in such a quick manner.

Jennifer was an associate of the agent selling the house my spouse and I wanted to buy. Our offer was contingent on the family finding another house (which we finally gave up on,) so while we waited, Jennifer was more than happy to show me other houses while my spouse needed to be out of the country. From the beginning, I was very comfortable with Jennifer and felt like I could ask questions without feeling ignorant, given that this was a first home purchase. She very quickly got a sense of the kinds of things I was interested in, even though they seemed all over the place! And, she stuck with me when my spouse returned and wanted a divorce. I was able to get into the perfect little house by myself feeling supported in all the ways I needed. Jennifer was incredibly patient, helpful and advocating, and very available to answer any questions (even by text) and walk me through the processes. We also had fun looking at houses together! I also saw her integrity show through in some icky situations (example: when a selling agent gave us a date and time they were reviewing offers and then sold the house preemptively without notifying agents!) Jennifer helped make closing day joyful and celebratory, even given the difficult and unexpected circumstances surrounding it. For all of this, I am so very grateful, and would suggest her to anyone! Especially if you are a first-time home buyer, and especially if you appreciate an agent who will be honest and forthright with you, has good taste and a sense of humor, and at the end of the day, has your best interests in mind. Bonus: I love my home!!
