Seller reviewI had not bought or sold a house in 25 years, so the experience was new to me. I met Jennifer Frank on a recommendation from an estate liquidation company that I did business with. Jennifer was very open and knowledgeable when we first met and after she looked the property over, I told her that I would get back with her when I made the decision to sale. Why I told her that I'm not sure because I made up my mind not to go shopping for another realtor after our first meeting. She walked me through all phases in a timely manner, let me know of any hiccups along the way and I think took excellent care of us. If and when the need arises to sell the property we live at, I would only call Jennifer Frank, as she is our realtor now. I will also highly recommend her to any family or friends that might have the need of a realtor.
