She knows the area very well and was able to show us properties that were right for us. She was patient and allowed us time to see enough properties to make a good decision for us. Her local knowledge us without match. She knows the real estate market very well which saved us time and money. When it came to closing, she was very good at negotiations, looked out for us during inspection and put us in touch with a very good closing attorney. Jennifer is simply the best in Southern Maryland.
