Jennifer was incredibly attentive and helpful with every request we made or question that we asked. She was able to run down some of the issues we had with the developer and was a good sounding board for a lot of the big purchase decisions we had to make. She had a strong knowledge of new home construction and code which was beneficial throughout our home buying experience. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with, incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend her!

She went far beyond requirements and managed needed "fixes" to the property with first-rate results. She achieved all these despite our being in Florida the entire time because of Mrs. Bailey's heart surgeries and the Covid 19 pandemic. Her advice was invaluable. It would be hard to add much to her praiseworthy efforts helping us sell during a difficult time. Outstanding. We recognized that this is a 45 year-old house that was well maintained and improved substantially in may ways. However, we are "snowbirds" who have been spending 5-6 months every year in our Florida home. Many who viewed the house commented on "needs upgrading". That's a subjective opinion, and major upgrades would have significantly increased the selling price. We also attribute the extended selling interval to the Covid 19 virus that has changed behaviors. Mrs. Goddard went beyond all expectations to achieve a successful result for us. Everything we needed to achieve timely communications was handled by the staff. Mrs. Goddard's work was superb - under less than completely favorable conditions. Her communication with both of us was thorough, professional, and timely.
