Jennifer Goddard of CENTURY 21 New Millennium

We previously had listed with Remax for 6 months last year. We were very disappointed with the realtor and company. We fired them and hired Jennifer Goddard of Century 21. What a difference. Jennifer from the time we met her at our home let us know she would do everything she could to sell our home as we explained the disappointments we had experienced with our previous realtor. We were living in NC carrying two mortgages.Jennifer Goddard listed with us in October and even if she did not have a showing in a week she would come to our home and do a walk through to assure our home was good. In January we had a pipe burst, thank God Jennifer had stopped to check on our home as she walked into a home with water pouring into the top floor and bottom floor. She called us immediately and even called ServPro for us. Took 4 month to do all repairs on the house, new floors, new walls, plumbing and electric checked. In May we relisted our beautiful renewed home with Jennifer Goddard. On the second day we had an offer. Before it was relisted Jennifer still kept in contact with us keeping us up to speed on repairs. She really went beyond what I feel a realtor should have to do. She says it is her job. I always told her that no, she did way more and she did. She was always there to answer questions, never a problem. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone who wants a great realtor. We really received a blessing when Jennifer became our realtor. She is an awesome realtor and is a wonderful person. Thank you Century 21!
