Once we picked a house it was up to her to keep us up to date frequently and she went to the new home weekly to show us progress (it was a new construction). When a last minute issue with the builder threatened to delay our closing date, she worked hard to keep them on schedule and we closed on time. Would definitely recommend Jen for your next home purchase/sale.
