Seller reviewIn the chaotic real estate climate of Spring 2020, we knew that we needed to enlist the help of a real estate agent who was experienced, knew the local market, and would be sympathetic to our needs of finding the right home for us. Jennifer Mullennix is a highly professional agent. The sale of our home couldn't have gone better! Our home was on the market for three days with an amazing number of tours and multiple offers. We had an unfortunate incident with our first accepted contract but Jennifer helped us to quickly recover and get an even better contract afterwards. Jennifer Mullennix was extremely helpful to us in the sale (and purchase) of our homes. She was dependable, taught us everything we needed to know to competently navigate the chaotic real estate market of Spring 2020, and ultimately sold our home in what felt like record time for over asking price.
