Buyer reviewJennifer Mullennix was our realtor and she was "Fabulous". Jennifer spent a lot of time talking to us to determine what we were really looking for in a home. When we struggled in finding a home under a short deadline, she reached out to other realtors in and outside of C21 to find us a place that was "coming onto the market" that she thought we would like. We were able to see the home and have an offer ready for the seller the day it hit the market and were under contract by lunch time. Finally, Jennifer fought for all of the repair request we made of the seller and was able to secure the repairs in a timely manner. I would seek out Jennifer with the next house purchase I had.

Buyer reviewJennifer was very knowledgeable of the area and the process of buying a house. She answered all my questions (some questions were not great since I was a first time home buyer). Being a first time home buyer, Jennifer was there for anything I needed. If I needed a question answered by the sellers, she took care of it. She would check up on you daily to ensure you were happy with what was going on. She lets you go your pace in buying a place. I recommend her to anybody that is wanting to buy a place. She made my first home buying experience memorable. I will definitely use her again.
