She was knowledgeable, patient, enthusiastic and honest. I went through about 30 showings and Jennifer was never discouraging or sick of my questions. After more than 5 offers, I was naturally very discouraged but Jennifer was always very encouraging and optimistic. She even had some creative ideas on submitting my offer to try to make it more appealing. 5 stars!!!
