Buyer reviewWe have used Jennifer on purchases of other properties and it is just amazing the amount of time and detail that she does on each transaction. The properties we were looking at were in another city from where Jennifers office is located and she was always on time and never once said I can't make that time work. A good example of a property we wanted to look at and the real estate agent who had the property listed had a different type of lock box on the property so Jennifers code would not open the lock box so she could get the key to show us the property and it was a Sunday when we wanted to look at the property so the other agent said I am busy, I can't go over there and let you in but I will send one of my staff, but you will have to pay her $25 to come over and let you in and Jennifer paid the money, so we could check out the property, how many agents would do that for there client. My wife and myself are in the rental property business, so we buy and sell properties all the time and have dealt with many real estate agents and you will never find a better agent to take care of your needs than Jennifer Schmidt. On short note, Jennifer made at least 4 or 5 trips down to Milwaukee to put in offers on properties and that is a 2 hour trip each way, how many realtors would do that.
