I began my real estate career in May 1993 and quickly learned that there is more to it than just "looking at pretty house". Helping my clients with a life changing decision is my number one priority. Helping them feel comfortable with all aspects of the transaction; from getting qualified, to viewing homes, making an offer with all the proper documents, reviewing any issues on the title commitment and survey, signing closing documents and transferring ownership. I continue to keep in contact with my clients even after all is said and done at closing which helps my clients know that I am always available for all the real estate needs. When my clients are ready to sell a property, I help understand all aspect of market conditions, what to expect during the sale process and reassure them that I will handle all concerns of the sale. I understand that their daily lives are busy, so I want to take on the challenges of the home sale, so they are not burdened with the intricate details. After all, that is why they hired me.

Seller reviewthings that are important to me are community comments, service to the community, history showing positive turn out for selling a home. In addition, closing the deal and following up after the deal is made is important to me. When I met Jennifer she presented a professional demeanor about her and took immediate action to get the house on the market. She was an important player since I do not live in the area and she was able to handle many things for me that I could not have done from such a long distance. She kept me informed every step of the way and this made things much easier for me. As a result of her knowledge, professionalism, and community the knowledge the house sold in record time. She has become a trusted friend as a result and I would not hesitate to call on her again. Jennifer is a true professional that embodies the words; honest, professional, knowledgeable, caring, and respect!
