I began my real estate career in May 1993 and quickly learned that there is more to it than just "looking at pretty house". Helping my clients with a life changing decision is my number one priority. Helping them feel comfortable with all aspects of the transaction; from getting qualified, to viewing homes, making an offer with all the proper documents, reviewing any issues on the title commitment and survey, signing closing documents and transferring ownership. I continue to keep in contact with my clients even after all is said and done at closing which helps my clients know that I am always available for all the real estate needs. When my clients are ready to sell a property, I help understand all aspect of market conditions, what to expect during the sale process and reassure them that I will handle all concerns of the sale. I understand that their daily lives are busy, so I want to take on the challenges of the home sale, so they are not burdened with the intricate details. After all, that is why they hired me.

When we were ready to sell my wife's home, Jennifer was the only broker we considered. She was wonderful then and this time! Jennifer was great at marketing our home and communicating with us. We received frequent updates of online activity. We also received weekly mailings of the print ads. After each open house or other agent showing, she contacted us with updates. She was also quick to call or text, if necessary, to ensure we knew what was going on. Jennifer has the "heart of a teacher." She explained every step and every development in ways that made sense. She always listened to our concerns and gave great recommendations without forcing or shaming us one way or another. We always felt in control and comfortable with our decisions. We would and will recommend Jennifer to all our family and friends!
