Buyer reviewGiving all those excellent marks is not because she is our friend. Jennifer Wise worked hard and found ways for us to get concessions that reduced our future investment in this purchase. She got us a new roof. She communicated with the selling agent to eliminate problems as we worked through the contract. We were honestly amazed at her knowledge and negotiating skills. We have known her for years, but this was a new chapter in our friendship with Jennifer and her husband Kris. They are both truly unique in their efforts to help others. ????

Seller reviewWe saw Jennifer Wise's name on a sign of a property that we wanted to see, called her and she was quick to respond in showing us that particular property, but was always so willing to show us other properties of interest as well. We had no complaints with Jennifer Wise. I would definitely recommend her to my friends/relatives. She made you feel like she always had time for you even though we knew she was a busy lady. The few times we came into the Century 21 office everyone was very friendly, polite and helpful. We appreciated Jennifer Wise keeping us in the loop on what was going on during "waiting" periods. She was also good about giving us careful instructions on what we could/should expect, etc. She even gave us reminders at different times as to what we should be doing at that time. We felt she was always on top of everything and wasn't slacking once she got a contract signed. She was great to walk us through every step.
