I've lived in Texas for over 14 years and know the market inside out as a buyer, seller, mom, wife and, of course, a realtor. You can feel confident that I analyze all properties and circumstances in my client's shoes. My goal is to win for my clients with a savvy Southern charm.
I come with a degree in Hospitality Management and work experience at St. Regis Hotel in Houston, where I honed my exceptional customer service skills and uncompromising attention to detail. My husband and I have two beautiful girls and we currently live in the Plano area. I am an active volunteer at my church and in my community.
When I'm not working, I enjoy cooking for family and friends, working out, traveling, and decorating my own home.

Buyer reviewJenny has been a great realtor to work with. She listened very carefully with what we were looking for and was a great liaison between us (buyer) and the builder (seller). She visited the site on a regular basis and checked the construction progress; additionally, she not only shared videos and photos but also informed us of any construction concerns that there were. This was very helpful for us since we were out of town. She truly made us feel welcome in a new city. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable realtor.

Buyer reviewMy husband and I were introduced to Jenny Kwon by our friend, and starting our house hunting journey with Jenny was one of the best decision we made last year. Since this was our first time searching and purchasing a home, we really had no idea where to start and had a lot of questions on our mind. When we met Jenny, she helped us a lot with finding the home we wanted and also answered all of the questions we had. Communication was never an issue for us with Jenny--she would reply back to all our messages in a timely manner. Anytime we had questions, we never hesitated to ask since she was so friendly and easily approachable. Jenny also has great recommendations! We chose all of the recommendations she suggested, and they were all great people to work with. The whole home-buying process went smoothly thanks to her great recommendations. We also really appreciated her help when we were doing the walkthrough of our newly built home. Since we were first time home buyers, we didn't know what to look for during the blue-taping process, but Jenny helped us out a lot during this. She knew exactly what issues to point out, and without her, we probably would have missed a lot of things that needed touching up. Overall, I would highly recommend Jenny to everyone. She is a great realtor to work with, and we would definitely love to work with her again in the future.

Buyer reviewDuring the stressful home buying process in the fast moving market, Jenny enabled the whole process to move smoothly and to close within not even a month's time. Jenny was very responsive, prompt, available, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. She helped me narrow down to a location that suited my needs perfectly. She also has a great team of network of other service providers, who all did very thorough and perfect jobs during the process. The house I ended up buying turned out to be the perfect fit for me and I am tremendously thankful to Jenny's work. She was so good that I got a house within not even a month in this crazy market, and I ended up paying less downpayment than expected due to her detail oriented work and negotiating ability.

She was so efficient and really understood what we wanted in our house. Through Jenny we found our forever home. Jenny was also so amazing with her communication. She answered every single question from 100's of texts and phone calls. She even communicated with us on vacation when I told her not to. No stone was not overturned with her. She is as professional as you can get. If you want the best agent that knows the Dallas area she is the person to go to. On a scale of 1 to 10 she is a 20!
