Seller reviewJenny did an excellent job supporting our listing. We were selling a condo for a passed family member and live 4 hours away. She had local contacts for paint, flooring, electrical and HVAC to help us get the condo ready for sale. Many times she contacted them directly for us. The sales process was quick and efficient and she helped me walk through the multiple offers we received. I would highly recommend Jenny.

Seller reviewShe was an excellent communicator and did the heavy lifting with Wells Fargo during the short sale. Jenny was the 3rd realtor I had for my property and the only one that priced it right and got it sold. She also guided me through a terrible deal I had on a land contract that resulted In squatters. Since the renters and squatters did a lot of damage, i ended up doing a short sale. I understand that those can be very stressful and difficult but she actually made it easy.
