HE WAS PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO MY INITIAL MESSAGE, PROMPT IN MAIKING AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE HOUSE, CREATE A PLAN TO PUT IT ON THE MARKET, AND GET IT ON AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. I HAD NO "SURPRISE" SHOWINGS. THE HOUSE WAS MARKETED AND SOLD QUICKLY, AND THE CLOSING WAS JUST AS EFFICIENTLY HANDLED. MY SON, WHO HAS BOUGHT AND SOLD 4 HOMES, WAS REALLY SURPRISED. Jerry Tatlock is not good, he is not better . He is by far and away the the very best when it comes to real estate needs. His performance has proven itself through the years. Obviously his profession is also his passion.

We were working with another broker when we found this house in 2013. Jerry Tatlock was the listing agent for it and was involved in our purchase. We thought he was very professional and knowledgeable. When we decided to sell the house we chose him for his knowledge of the property and because he had sold other houses in the area.
