Jerry was super informative and very helpful to me! Jerry made selling my home less painful for me after losing my husband to COVID at the beginning of the pandemic. He definitely was top notch and kept it real! Kept me in the know about everything. Jerry kept me in the loop and got back to me with every question I had concerning the sale of my home. He was knowledgeable and very reassuring when I needed to be walked through the selling process.

I met Jerry at an open house and put in an unsuccessful offer, after which Jerry followed up to see if he could further help us. He then became our agent and showed us multiple houses and assisted us in putting in offers until our successful offer on Princeton. Jerry was very good about always returning my phone calls or texts, which was extremely important to me. Jerry was someone I could always count on to address whatever issues or questions I had. He was extremely helpful and always accessible and prompt in his responses.

The property was a difficult sell. Jerry assured me that he would handle any obstacles and that he would still gladly take the job. There were many hurdles from property lines and being an out-of-town seller, to tenant occupation. Jerry handled them all seamlessly, patiently, and with a finesse that only comes from experience.
