Seller reviewWhen we were relocating "back home" to Western New York in 2023 after 13 years out of state, I cold called three local realtors with strong reviews. Jerry Thompson was the first to phone back. He listened to our needs, our desires, and our timeline, and found us what we believe was the best property available at the time. This spring, he helped us sell that property as we transitioned to a new home. Across both transactions, Jerry listened to our perspectives, provided honest feedback, and helped us be well represented (first as buyers and later as sellers). He also provided attorney, home inspector, and handyman recommendations, all of whom provided useful services to us during our time in that home. While I don't want to work with Jerry again soon (i.e., we like our home and plan to stay in it), I have recommended his services to others and would hire him again in a heartbeat.
