This was not just an ordinary home sale. As POA I was in charge of selling my moms house. She had a reverse mortgage and was in bankruptcy. Jerry explained the best strategy to take in order to get the most beneficial offer on the property. When offers came in, he explained the difference between each offer as to what they we asking for, willing to forgo etc. Some offers were the same price but different types of loans. Through the entire process, Jerry took a complicated sale and made it appear to be a very easy, smooth sale for my 81 yr old Mother. He kept me notified every step of the way. Even when things were at a standstill and we were waiting for the sellers. If we hadn't communicated in over a week, Jerry would touch base with me, just to let me know what we were still waiting for. Knowing he had other homes and clients, he made us feel like we were his only clients. In this day and age, it is hard to find such great customer service like the one Jerry provided. The world would be a much happier place if we always received the great customer service like the one Jerry provided. There is no question if any of my friends are looking to sell or buy a home, I'm insisting they go see Jerry.

This should serve as a strong recommendation. Excellent communication from the beginning of the endeavor. There were a number of moving parts to this sale. There was an old farmhouse, and all that this fixer class structure might require of a potential owner. There was agricultural land. There were county, township, and bank requirements. In addition to that level of understanding, Jerry was patient, guiding negotiations between sibling owner/sellers, and the whole range of possible buyers. Jerry hung in there for us, and his marketing plan worked.

Generally, there wasn't a question that Jerry couldn't answer. He's very knowledgeable of Buffalo and the suburbs and all the MANY houses he showed us. I appreciated that Jerry was patient with us and was NEVER pushy and I can't stress that enough...personally, there is nothing that will shut me down quicker than a realtor (or anyone) trying to push you into something I'm obviously not interested in and Jerry never did that. So for his knowledge and his patients alone, i would not hesitate to contact or recommend Jerry again.

These meetings were much appreciated since my brother and I both live out of town.
