We looked at houses on Zillow, saw an interesting house and drove by to look at it. Jessica Hedgepeth was on the realtor sign so we called her, and she was there in 20 minutes. That house was a mess but we discussed what we thought we wanted and Jessica started sending us all the listings she found, many the day they were listed. We worked with her for months and found the perfect house. Jessica Hedgepeth was very responsive to our constant follow up questions and requests to see properties more than once, requests for solar utility bills and/or meetings with the sellers before going into contract.
