I live out of state, so I needed someone that was communicative, accessible, and had an extensive knowledge of reliable contractors, (roof, dry wall, sewer excavation) and cleaners (windows, floors, junk removal, everything) in the area. Jessica is a proactive professional that puts her foot on the gas and doesn't let up until the contract closes. I found her to be trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable of the market. She helped me to accomplish the difficult task of preparing and selling a property long distance. I recommend Jessica Likes without hesitation.
