I can't say enough great things about Jessica Maratea. Jessica was absolutely amazing, and we would not have gotten through our home buying experience without her. Throughout the entire process, she was there to guide us, and offer help every time we needed it. She always offered her honest opinion. Jessica always made herself available, often talking to us on weekends or evenings. This was extremely helpful, as anything that needed to be completed was done so in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth experience. Buying a house in this market is a daunting task, but Jessica always reassured us and gave us hope that we would find the right house. Further, she was always patient and was willing to see as many houses as we liked before we found the perfect one. Jessica was instrumental in getting our house sold! Not only was her work as a selling agent beyond excellent, she was the main reason our contract was not canceled by the buyers when they changed their minds for a moment. She tactfully, patiently and respectfully communicated with the buyers' agent to ensure both parties were satisfied and kept the contract intact.
