The office person listened to my needs and suggested Jessica. She was from Michigan and understood my need to return to Michigan. We had a very unique sale. Jessica was very patient but REALLY kept on top of the situations. She is very knowledgeable and went out of her way to assist, follow up, and push when needed to close our house. She was always respectful of our decisions and gave us advice when asked.

Jessica Stone was great from day one when she came to my house to do a possible contract with me. I knew what I wanted to clear from the sale of my house and Jessica helped me understand that because of the area and recent sales of other homes near mine, I may not get what I wanted . Although the contract for the sale of my home sold for what I asked, it did not appraise for that amount. Even though, I was extremely satisfied with how Jessica handled the listing, advertising on website, etc. and eventually the sale and closing which was quick. I would recommend Jessica to anyone now or in the future who is looking for a Realtor.
