Seller reviewJessica Tremonti performed her job very efficiently. We put our home up for sale after making offer on another home. We called to put our home on the market on a Thursday. We had two offers the following Sunday. We accepted the best offer due to her counsel and it sold. She knew her business. Jessica was available to us whenever we had a question, or wanted to see one, or sometimes a few homes in one day. She is very intelligent and knows her job well. Jessica seems to read exactly what her clients want. Very knowledgeable in localities, so able to answer many concerns one may have. Knows a great deal about structure and quality of a house. Honest and very personable. I see her as an asset to her employer. We went with her suggestions in preparing our home to sell. They worked!!! She sold our home in 2 1/2 days. We would highly recommend her and her company to anyone. All excellent marks should reveal our satisfaction with Jessica. Apparently you have an excellent sales dept at Century 21 Curran and Christie , as our neighbor on Balfour constantly had showings, and sold as well.
