She gave us an honest and realistic expectation on what we would experience, the amount of money that would go toward commission and other expenses and how much money we would receive and she was accurate on all accounts. She has even helped us retrieve mail that has been delivered to our former residence since the house was sold. I couldn't ask for better service from a realtor.
