Within a day or two of reaching out to Jill I was provided with a booklet of information on properties in the area. After you start working with Jill, you grow to know her honesty and integrity thus building a trust. From there you get to observe her hustle and tenacity to find exactly what you are looking for. She never got discouraged with me when I didn't find that right house after many months of looking. Her comment was always that wasn't the right one, but we will find it. That helped lift me up. Another trait I appreciated was that Jill Fochesato returns calls/texts. You are never left wondering if she will return your call or answers to your questions. When I finally found a house to bid on, Jill Fochesato provided information on what similar properties sold for in the area to help me in knowing how much I wanted to offer and be competitive. Jill also informed me of any additional costs I had not considered before the contract was drafted. In my case, Brazos river authority annual fee, dock fee, sewer tap fee, etc. In another case there was an extra $10K I never would have known/planned on for connecting to the sewer. Nothing was left in question. If Jill didn't have all the answers she would find them for me. If I was to sum it all up. Jill Fochesato truly cares about her customers and their needs/wants.
