You never feel frustrated with Jill because her communication is excellent. I have bought and sold several houses in my lifetime. This past sale has been the most smooth transaction that I've ever had. My new home was not going to be ready for a few months. This mean that I needed to come up with the best timing to sell my condo. Jill came up with the perfect marketing plan and everything went smoothly. Jill stays on top of the entire transaction with the other agents, attorneys and keeping track of any deadlines. It creates a sense of peace because you know that she is doing the worrying for you. Anyone needing an agent should do themselves a big favor and call Jill. She is the best!
