Buyer reviewAs a young man, I had know Idea how the field of real-estate works. Having someone in your corner who not only knows their stuff, but will also look out for you is very important. During this process, Jill definitely took that position and ran with it. She made things clear, she pointed me in the right direction, and she was always very straight forward. With great listening skill, she found locations that interested me. She waited things out with me even when we both weren't sure how things were going to go. She continuously check on me, during the entire 9 months and she was there with me every step of the way. From stairs braking on me, to me putting up stair railing, until the day I became a house owner at closing. She was very joyful and caring. I know that I was ment to complete this process with her. Thank you Jill for all of your help! You're awesome!

Buyer reviewI can't say enough good things about Jill Rubino. I was very sad that my previous agent had retired. We had become friends over the years and I was not sure who to turn to with selling my home and purchasing a new one. I met Jill at an open house and we hit it off right away. She was someone who took the time to learn about me and what I needed to accomplish a smooth sale and purchase. She was always available and was on top of everything from start to finish. She is excellent at her job and already took on another sale for my company. I've bought and sold many properties over the years and found a great friend in my previous realtor. I now found a new friend and realtor in Jill Rubino as well. When you are going through this process you run across a lot of realtors that are either showing your home or representing the sellers of the home you wish to buy. I have met many that I would never want to work with. Jill's patience, understanding and knowledge even smoothed out working with them. I would recommend Jill to anyone with great confidence!!
