The property we were selling was a fixer-upper. Being that I didn't live in the area, I was looking for someone who knew Elma and could give us the best options of getting rid of it. She went beyond my expectations. Changed lock on front door, she did it. Speak to the neighbors to get a feel for the neighborhood, she did it. Got us an offer above listing price, yes, she did it. I've never sold a property before. she took the reigns and did everything possible to sell a property like that. She took care of everything. I highly recommend her. Thank you, Jill!!
