Seller reviewJill Warne was the ONLY realtor who returned my call. I had called several other agencies and never did hear from any of them. Jill was on top of everything and worked hard to make the sale happen. The property manager at the park has been difficult to work with on multiple occasions according to my neighbors. You should be glad that she is affiliated with Century 21 and not a competitor! n/a It all happened so fast once Jill Warne got involved. We signed the contract on a Monday morning and a buyer saw her sign and asked to come in and told me she wanted it. Jill acted on it really quickly and after finally getting cooperation from the property manager of the park she brought it to conclusion very swiftly. Another neighbor has indicated to me the need for her services and her number but he has been out of town. As soon as he gets back he is going to call for her information. I don't believe that ANY agent would have been able to provide the level of service as quickly as she did!

She made sure we were protected in our contract in case something was wrong with our home and she set up all inspections quickly! She was easy to contact and flexible with our work schedules which was a huge plus!
