She was very professional, understanding and we felt that she would provide her experience that would be in our best interest. She communicated with the builder for us without hesitation. We felt that she would get the results and or answers for us. We put our trust into Jillian for which proved to be trustworthy. We had confidence that she always had our best interest in purchasing our home. She negotiated on the contract price for us and made sure that any and all documents/ addendum was put into place to protect us. We appreciated her honestly and felt any recommendations she provided was in our best interest for which it helped with negotiations on several issues. We would highly recommend Jillian to any of our friends and family as we are confident she would provide the same attention. We are beyond grateful and thankful for all of her help with purchasing our dream home.
