Jillian and Zack were quick to respond to any request or question. We kept having to wait for specific benchmarks in order to start/continue the home search/searches. Jilian always made sure to reach out at the perfect time to resume. Not sure how she manages to be this organized but we're glad for it. Our daughter was especially put at ease by Jilian and there is no better endorsement than that. Thanks for everything.

From the beginning Jillian understood what we were looking for in a house. She was very professional, understanding and we felt that she would provide her experience that would be in our best interest. She communicated with the builder for us without hesitation. We felt that she would get the results and or answers for us. We put our trust into Jillian for which proved to be trustworthy. We had confidence that she always had our best interest in purchasing our home. She negotiated on the contract price for us and made sure that any and all documents/ addendum was put into place to protect us. We appreciated her honestly and felt any recommendations she provided was in our best interest for which it helped with negotiations on several issues. We would highly recommend Jillian to any of our friends and family as we are confident she would provide the same attention. We are beyond grateful and thankful for all of her help with purchasing our dream home.

Jillian Chandler is Exceptional! We have utilized other realtors for transactions, either our own, or when helping our parents search for that dream home/investment property. She is our designated family realtor. Our home, our investment property (rental) and now land purchase - were all handled by Jillian and we would not have even considered anyone else.
