Buyer reviewWe liked Jim Celio from the beginning when we first met him a few years ago to ask about a market analysis of our home. He was not the first realtor we had met with for info/advice, but he was the last! He was far more prepared and thorough in his explanations than the others. We also liked that he had so much experience in the business and had a "no pressure" approach--which was essential for us. When we finally found a home that we wanted to place an offer on, Jim's timeliness, attention to detail and understanding of our needs at that point in our journey were key to our ability to 1) actually place an offer on the home under a tight time frame, and 2) being the "winning" offer out of multiples. Jim is a consummate professional with tremendous knowledge and experience. His patience, experience and knowledge of the market helped us navigate a few challenging buyer/seller interactions over the past few years. We recommend him without hesitation!
