We received an offer for 10k over asking the second day on the market. Jim guided us thru all communication regarding the inspections and quickly responded to the buyers realtor to make the transaction an easy deal. I would definitely recommend Jim Gann as a realtor. Jim Gann-always on the run for you! Although he does have those bright running shoes.....I have yet to see him actually RUN but I think it would be funny!
