With a foundation of 30 plus years building worldwide logistics and supply chain service solutions on behalf of and to Fortune 100 International Corporations, Departments and Agencies of the United States Government, its Allies, and International Governmental Agencies and Emergency Relief Organizations, I find helping people making one of the most significant decisions in their lives to be a very rewarding extension of my life's work. Having relocated twice myself, I know that buying and selling a home can be one of the most stressful times in many people's lives; yet I know that it can be immensely rewarding. Finding a new home in a new location and meeting new friends are lifetime, life-changing experiences. Seller reviewThe first thing that Jim did right was send a direct mailing WITH comparables that really helped us understand BEFORE the sale what we could expect with the prices and sales in the market. It was a while before we decided to sell our house but it was always top of mind what Jim did going that extra step from the very beginning. From the point that we first met with him and discussed plans we were impressed. His first order of business was to find us a rental home to move into before we started the business of selling our house. He assisted in us finding the right place for the right amount most importantly. After signing that rental agreement we tackled the sale of the primary residence. After working on his advice to do certain items in the house and just general painting cleaning and other maintenance items we got the house listed. Within 4 days Jim had an offer to show us and everything fell into place after that. Again from that point on he guided us through the paperwork and process until the final closing. Very attentive to our needs and always responsive to texts, emails and phone calls. If you are moving into the N. VA area you NEED Jim to be your agent!

It took us 6 months to find the right place and he gaves us 100% the entire time. As frustrating as it was during this pandemic, Jim was extremely diligent at helping us getting settled.
