I have known the owner for 20+ years and worked with Jitka to buy the home in 2011 and had a terrific experience. Jitka McCabe was amazing from our first phone call all the way thru our final closing. She is very responsive and never got tired of our endless questions. She is very knowledgeable and priced our property just right - it was under contract in 5 days! She gave us good tips on how to upgrade our property to what buyers were looking for. She not only helped us sell our home, but also helped us with purchasing our new home. She was an advocate with us when the sellers were not so reasonable and she always had our best interest at heart. She even impressed our neighbors who plan to reach out to her when they are ready to sell their home. She will always be our first recommendation!! Thanks for everything, Jitka!!

Jitka was a pleasure to work with. She may be the most well prepared realtor in South Jersey. When we were interviewing realtors she came with a binder full of information and testimonials. There was simply no contest. From day one we found her guidance extremely helpful and guiding us in the right direction. We actually ended up having three buyers as the first two fell through and each time we had a challenge she worked to get us back on track. She clearly knows the South Jersey market extremely well and that knowledge helped us sell our home from start to closing in 6 weeks, even with three buyers. She was available for us what felt like 24x7 and really just made what is naturally a taxing experience very smooth. She also used a wonderful photographer to do our pictures. We got so many complements on the pictures that I do feel they made a big difference in getting us traction. I'd recommend Jitka to anyone in the South Jersey market.

After 8 long months of not having any luck in the home buying process, I decided to contact my insurance company, USAA to be connected with a new realtor. I was immediately contacted and put in touch with Jitka McCabe from Century 21 Alliance. Jitka and I spoke briefly about where I was at in the home buying process and let her know up front that I was a first time homebuyer, alone and have been searching for almost 8months. Jitka and I formally met that weekend, where she was able to really get a feel for what I was looking for. Everyday, I had an email or a text from her about new properties that fit my criteria. Jitka McCabe is a professional and a hustler which I truly admire. I will never forget the day, Jitka contacted me about 608 Hamilton Rd in Wenonah, NJ stressing that the property will not last. I trusted Jitka and took a shot at seeing the property on a Friday evening. I instantly fell in love. I quickly made an offer and within seconds, we had a deal. From that point forward, Jitka made sure she was by my side throughout the whole process. From the offer day to settlement day, Jitka has been a phenomenal realtor and friend. I can't wait to have her over for a bbq in the new house.
