Buyer reviewWe were looking to purchase our retirement land and had been looking online for months. Being from out of state, this was challenging and nerve wracking for us. JoAnn put us at ease, was very patient with us and listened to our needs. She was responsive and arranged to meet us when we arrived in Colorado. She spent the day with us looking at land and gave us great recommendations for places to eat in the area. She was definitely a great person to work with and we will highly recommend her!

Seller reviewI did some research to see who had the most listings in the area and from what I found Jo Ann had the most by a nice margin. So she was our first choice for selling this home. We then had a really great first meeting which made me feel like she was a good person to work with. Jo Ann was excellent to work with throughout the entire transaction.
