We had used Jo Ann Cauley twice in the past, once buying a property and once selling a property. She was the only agent we even considered when we decided to sell our house this time, mostly because we trusted her more than anyone else in the area because of her years of experience and fair dealings with us in the past. Even after we left the area several months after putting our house on the market, Jo Ann continued to check on our house, and she went above and beyond what most agents would do to make sure our sale was completed. She was always very professional, cheerful, encouraging, patient and willing to do whatever was necessary to get our property sold.

Jo Ann sold this same property to my dad abt 1.5 yrs ago and knew the property and its features and we felt would be the best person to sell it for us. Helen at the front desk was very good at notifying us of showings on this property. thank you! We feel Jo Ann did a super job at getting this house advertised on the market and getting a solid contract in 3 weeks in the middle of a really huge Colorado winter!
