Buyer reviewSo, let me start off by saying this was my first time buying a home and with that being said I didn't have much experience in this area. I had two others agents from different companies before Joan . In my opinion these prior agents viewed me as a small fish in the sea and as a result they kept pushing me to the side while my favorite properties were disappearing right before my eyes. By the time they would get back to me 2-3 days later the property was already sold. This happened at least 6 times and I was ready to give up on my dream of owing a home. UNTIL, I met Joan Alpert from Century 21. If I remember correctly she was referred to be by Zillow and WOW what huge relief it was after my first conversation with her. Top notch services and quick responses via text messages and emails. Before you know it, I was the first one viewing newly listed properties. It was seamless, if I liked a new property and wanted to see it, Joan would immediately answer and arrange a viewing within hours. Now, Im a proud home owner thanks to Joan and I would recommend her to everyone.

Buyer reviewFrom the minute Joan called me the first time to ask what my husband and I were looking for she was so kind and so passionate about helping us find our first home. She kept checking in with us a couple times a week and always had our best interest in mind!! Joan went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She helped us through every step of buying a building a new home. She even sat with us until 10:00 at night going through contracts and picking out everything in the design center making sure we were happy and taken care of.
