She wa truly proactive which prevented problems with our purchase and sale. When there were issues she stuck with it until they were resolved, always keeping us informed. Her local knowledge was a definite advantage. We found the home we had been looking for and she quickly sold our previous home.

Joan was great. Joan has an excellent personality which is well suited for a career in real estate. Joan kept her cool, was quick to adjust and very professional in a transaction where anything could go wrong and did. The mortgage company I dealt with was very challenging as they failed miserably on several occasions, but Joan kept her cool. She was quick to step into the challenges which occurred when the closing date was pushed back not once but twice. She was cool and level headed when the mortgage company kept asking for ridiculous items. She was professional and strategic when the appraisal and sales price weren't on par getting me a better sales price than I hoped. She was also very knowledgeable when the title company had line items on the closing document that they themselves couldn't explain or understand. Joan did know what they were because she knows her job and apparently others' jobs as well. She explained these items in an easy to understand way. While I am very happy with my new home purchase, to say it was a mess is an understatement and to have Joan on my side was exactly the thing needed to get the job done. We would recommend her to others in a heartbeat.
