I am very excited to succeed in my dreams of becoming a Realtor.
I first came down to Inverness when I was a little girl. traveling back and fourth in the family station wagon from Long Island to Inverness for many years. I remember running across the fields to count the freight trains as they came by my grandmothers house.
Those tracks are now our beautiful Withlacoochee State Trail. I have seen this town grow up as I have become older. I feel that I am a extremely lucky to live in such a beautiful county surrounded by lakes, rivers and wonderful people.
For many years I have worked for American Express in that Big Corporate world only to desire to help others obtain
the American Dream of owning a home. I have retired, so here I am now sharing my dream,time and work with my Partner and son Ryan Bayne.

Seller reviewThis was a difficult move leaving FL after 20 years, while good Friends were moving out of Moonrise at the same time, yet Joan came in & was very patient with our needs, showed us how to handle the preperation of the Trailer, giving us good tips how & which items to remove at that time, & a helped us set a Time Schedule that we easily worked around, as we needed to return to OH, then return to FL. transfering more items to OH. When my Anxiety overcame me about selling the Trailer, & difficulties with a new Manager working for this Corporation, Joan was very supportivie, reaching out as she looked at my concerns & helped ease my mind. Her Business accumen was very evident dealing with this new Corporation, making the Seller and the Buyer travel a much easier road by being there for both of us. My good Friends, Donna & jodie, who spoke so higly of Morton Real Estate, guided us to a place we were very lucky to find. Thank you again to Joan & Ryan for all the help.
