Buyer reviewMy first contact with Joan Lehman was to inquire about a property for which she was the listing agent. After a short conversation she knew it wasn't the right property for me and discouraged me from proceeding. She sacrificed her own commission because she could easily have withheld facts and sold me the property. She emailed me a few other listings and invited me to contact her if she could be of any help. She then backed off and didn't try to push anything on me. Her honesty and lack of pushiness won my trust. A few months later, I asked Joan to act as my broker to help me purchase a property listed by another agency. She was knowledgeable, patient, helpful and professional throughout the process. I would definitely use her again and will recommend her to others.
