I was out of town and she overlooked their work ..There were difficulties during the sale process that were nobody's fault and I felt supported and encouraged by Joanna. The house was empty for an extended time and Joanna looked after it. ... even having it cleaned for me. Her advice and negotiation skills lead to a final sale which has made me very happy.

I loved that she always was asking my thoughts but also shared her expertise and thoughts. The one customer service skill she has I admired the most, was I could call her any time. If she was available, she picked up the phone or if I texted she replied right away. She never took her more than 2 hours to get back to me, so always got back to me the same day. You don't find customer service like that today. Just knowing I mattered, I knew I was getting the best possible experience for getting my house sold.
